What we collect

When you use the "Get help applying" form on a job listing, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and any message you include, along with which listing you were asking about.

What we don't do

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party ad networks on this site. The job listings themselves are pulled from public job-search data providers — using the site to browse listings doesn't send your activity to those providers.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the consult form is used solely to follow up with you about the role you asked about, and to assist with your application, positioning, or referral where relevant. We don't sell or share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain consult form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to assist with your job search, and will delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing apply@confidentialads.com.
